Sleep is the
best way to recharge our bodies. After a long day of work or even after school
having an afternoon nap is recommended to replenish the energy for the rest of
the day. When we sleep, our body restores its strength and energy and our
muscles relax after a long hectic day. We need to get at least 7-8 hours of
sleep each night for proper function of the body and mind, but if you don't get
enough sleep, you'll feel tired throughout the day. Your Sleeping pattern can affect
your day-to-day life. If you're feeling tired, try taking a nap or going to bed
earlier. If you sleep late at night than try fixing your schedule to keep your
sleeping behavior in an order
