even happened yet. Rather, they are living in the moment and are enjoying themselves

themselves. The happiest people live aligned to their values and their
authentic self and are not caught up in fake personalities and personas.
There are many things that can fade away your happiness, happiness
and being content is the way to a healthy mind. Mental
health is a state of well-being in which a person is content with the doings of the God and has accepted the phrase that “Every little thing in this world
happens for a reason”. A healthy mind doesn’t force us to pay attention
to our negative mindset instead it speaks to us as a suitor. At a same time, a
healthy mind don’t allow us to indulge in unfair comparisons. Happiness relies with
yourself. You are the one who can choose the thing that can make you happy.
Your mind is the one that controls your emotions, for a
happy life you have to let certain things go, have grudges against someone let
them go, someone has emotionally tested your patience; forgive them, people
talk behind your back; don’t let that effect you. These things are easier to
say than done but trust me these things will make your life a much better environment
for yourself. If you mind keep on thinking on negative thoughts, negative scenarios
its only a moment of time you start feeling depressed and your mind feed you
negative emotions. Just give your self a chance to be a better and lovable
person.
Just wait for a second, take a deep breath and just let
things go, everything happens for a reason, everything comes and leaves without
a goodbye, not everything has to work out the way you want, you are a hero in
your own story not in theirs. You can control what happens in your life, you
can control how you want to be treated. Everything ends by the sunset, the
things you ponder over for days, the other person is barely affected by the
words. Optimism and have a positive
mindset are the key to happiness. They see the silver lining in everything. They
focus on what they have and what they don’t in every problem they face, they
see the good that came out of it, they show gratitude for the things they have
because you can not control the things happening in your life.
Trust is like a sandcastle, once someone has shattered that
for you, there is nothing you can do. Forgive them? Yes, but do not put your
faith in them like you did before because there was a warning, gone by the
morning. Stop Justifying yourself, stop giving proofs of your innocence when
you are sure you have done nothing wrong.
So, tell me are you happy at this moment? I know it take a
whole lot of strength to be happy in the most horrible times but, what will you
obtain by being negative and sad? Will it change the world for you or make it
any better? On the other hand, if you smile and treat yourself first the
negative thoughts will be least of your worries.
